Channel Delivery Coordinator

Overview:

VICE is the world's preeminent youth media company and content creation studio. VICE includes an international network of digital channels, a television and feature film production studio, a magazine, a record label, an in-house creative services agency, a book-publishing division and a new 24-hour TV channel, VICELAND, launched in in the UK and Ireland in September 2016.

The Role:

The Channel Delivery Coordinator is a key role, responsible for coordinating all TV Production deliverables between Production, Post-production, Finance, Branded, Press and Channel Ops.
This is a 3 day per week, part time role, with flexibility surrounding working hours depending on the deliverables needs.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:
• Tracking and managing the delivery process for all VICELAND production deliverables for our various in-house stakeholders
• Collating, filing and distributing all TV delivery paperwork
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is signed off with R&C and uploaded to in-house media database (Insider)
• Maintaining Production Stills folders for each production, together with clearances, and distributing to Branded and Press as required
• Ensuring all Programme Billings and synopses are drafted, edited, signed off and distributed in line with Scheduling and Press deadlines
• Ensure TX forms and programme delivery notes are sent/communicated between Post Production, Channel Ops, Production and Finance
• Continually maintaining spreadsheets

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of Television Production and production paperwork.
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong admin skills i.e. Word, Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrable experience of working to tight deadlines and in a pressurised environment




Other:

• To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time
• To be an ambassador for the business at all times.
