With increasing demand for our services, we are looking to rapidly expand our head office team based inside the world famous Pinewood Film Studios. We are looking for a Casting Agent with drive and confidence. Someone who is solution focussed, energetic and wants a challenge for themselves and the opportunity to join us during this exciting period of growth and become a crucial part of helping the development of the company.Your key responsibilities and tasks will include coordinating TV and film projects by casting and booking Supporting Artists/Extras. Your responsibilities will include liaising with production clients and reporting to the Head of Casting and Management. You will be required to work on your own but, where necessary on the larger projects, you will also organise and lead a small team who will assist you to achieve your project briefs and casting targets.Desired Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum of two years professional experience in casting or production (where casting was part of your role) with experience of managing projects/productions from beginning to endAbility to multi-task, organise own time and prioritiseSelf-motivated with good time-management skills, including experience of working to short deadlinesConfident when dealing with the general public, work colleagues and clientsExcellent communications skills - written and verbalAbility to stay calm and focussed when dealing with high pressure, demanding situations and clientsComputer literate (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel)Experienced team leader and team player Please send covering letter and CV
