The Role
The Creative Runner/Camera Assistant will be part of the Creative Team and will predominately assist the Camera Operators on location whilst filming and manage all camera equipment and kit whilst in the Kingdom office. The role is a direct path to progress to a Junior Camera Operator position at Kingdom in 12 months time. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the camera equipment, preparing them for jobs, ensuring equipment availability and managing repairers and replacement when necessary. Ensuring all consumables are in stock and kit is packed correctly is key. The candidate will spend a significant part of the job on location filming with the production crew, assisting both Camera Operators and production staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual looking to develop their career as a creative in a fast paced production environment.

Camera Assistant ResponsibilitiesAssisting filming at a variety of different locations, both in the UK and abroad.
Preparing camera equipment for shoots.
Unpacking and auditing kit post shoot.
Managing repairs and replacing consumables within the kit room.
Creating systems for booking, storing and managing equipment.


Creative Runner ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Production Manager and Production Assistants as well as Senior members of staff.
General office duties.


The PersonA passion for filmmaking.
Attention to detail, fast thinking and logical, with good communication skills.
A determination to develop and progress into a Junior Camera Operator position.
Must be able to drive and have your own car.
Must live within a 90 minute commute of SG15 6XP.
