We are a collective of film editors, motion graphics and VFX artists based in London.Our clients are some of the leading ad agencies and production companies and you will be working on TVCs and digital content. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to fly with this role by looking after our team and our clients, expanding our business and exploring new opportunities and grow with our company.Good organisational skills and initiative are a must, along with a decent knowledge of the commercial post production process.You will be working closely with agency producers and managing/scheduling a post production team accordinglyYou will also be expected to work on parallel projects, with multiple clients, whilst still maintaining a great attention to detail.Key responsibilities:Responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunitiesDevelopment of new client relationships and successfully maintaining existing relationshipsManaging and tracking cost efficiency of individual projectsProject management and allocation of resources on projectsManagement of the P&L on individual projectsInvoicing and billing clients for jobs on a weekly basisAttending industry events to network and promote Gorilla to new contactsEnsuring the website and social media pages are up to dateRequired Skills & Experience:Extensive experience in Production/operational environments: Post production knowledge essentialMust be able to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build up rapport and strong relationships with clients and staffAttention to detail and constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies within a business environmentProactivity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest qualityThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience either in bookings or production.Naturally as productions demand, hours may be subject to change at short notice.
