Our Online Video Department produces content for our award winning websites and radio brands, as well as working very closely with our Television Team.

The Assistant Producer is required to work alongside our Head Of Video and Content Producers to help our brands and commercial partners make great content for Global and our Commercial Partners.

What we expect from you
* This is not an entry-level position.
* You'll be making content for all of our digital properties, that may also be used on TV, so you'll have bags of experience using Premiere CC on broadcast projects or professional web content.
* An understanding of After Effects would be an advantage and Photoshop is a must.
* You'll be proud to show off some of the work you've delivered for clients or broadcasters which showcases your editing and post-production work.
* You'll be able to work with a Content Producer to develop, script and edit content from initial idea through to delivery. You'll have an eye for detail and organization.

The content we produce is anything from in studio interviews to celebrities on a green screen, and all the way through to on location shoots and some of the UK's biggest music events. We work fast and our deadlines are short so you'll thrive in a high-pressure environment and want to continue to develop your skills and expertise.

This is a role that works across all of Global's Brands; so you'll understand our offerings and have a good idea of the audiences and what they expect on their radios, computers and smartphones.

You'll live online, understanding social and online culture and trends. You'll be aware of our brands and consumers. And you'll have an overview of our competitors' offerings.

What you'll be doing
* Editing and compiling our online video content
* Shooting footage with some of the biggest stars in the world
* Using our state of the art studios and remote cameras to vision mix quality content
* Using the graphics packages put together by our Producers and Senior Producers to enhance our video output
* You'll always be thinking about how we can create better and more engaging content to help our brands stay on top of the video market
