Reporting into the Head of Home News, you will be responsible for fulfilling a combination of editorial and logistical roles for the Westminster team, working on location and supporting the Output team as and when required. You may be required to research, locate and negotiate the acquisition of stills. You will also coordinate the assignment of crews, answer phones on the newsdesk, and act as the key liaison point between newsdesk and on-the-road teams. This ultimately is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role fundamental to the ITV Newsroom operation.

To be successful in this role, you will a genuine interest in, and knowledge of, the ITV News agenda. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work calmly under pressure. You will also have excellent organisational skills. Finally, you can multi-task, work exceptionally well in a team and show strong attention to detail.
