Assistant Coordinator

London

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Office Services for an Assistant Coordinator to assist the Planning & Design team members in the delivery of a facilities service conducive to the changing requirements of the business. The role will provide part time Help Desk support, managing the issuing of tasks through the Facilities Management software system Angus.

Please note that this role would be ideal for someone looking to strengthen their administration skills in an office environment so we will be looking at applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate a desire to utilise their organisational skills within a fast paced facilities department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the management of the online FM helpdesk system routing jobs as appropriate, chasing resolution and ensuring that the end user/client is kept informed of the status.
Assist the Facilities Coordinator in the provision of general departmental FM functions, walking the floors, reporting issues to other services if necessary, ie cleaning Building Maintenance etc.
Assist with the raising and processing of purchase orders as required.
Daily monitoring of meeting rooms and equipment and services and liaison with the porterage service and MTS over layout and equipment repairs.
Assistance with departmental moves and changes.
Daily building checks to ensure all regulatory signage is up to date and visible, notification of small building and handy man work to the relevant team via the on line FM service.
