There are three main areas for this role, namely Acquisitions, Broadcast and Sales. ACQUISITIONS COORDINATIONLiaising with the acquisitions departments to chase all outstanding contracts.Organisation and filing of all executed distribution acquisition contracts (SI) and broadcast acquisition contracts (STV).Entry of all contract information into the relevant rights management database/s.Scanning of all executed contracts.Tracking, chasing and logging of all acquired film materials (Masters, scripts, synopses, music cue sheets, EPK's, stills, etc.).Advising and informing the film makers on the material delivery neededMake sure the material on loan is sent back in due date.Entry of all contract information into the relevant rights management database/s.Informing all the departments of the film's flux BROADCAST COORDINATIONManaging the internal Sales appendix and input the corresponding information in the licensing systemWork closely with the Technical department.Liaising with the Marketing/ Media teams to get the needed material ready for promotion purposeAssisting the sub-titling management of films by providing relevant material. SALES COORDINATIONManaging the Sales deliveriesWork closely with the Sales managerPreparing metadata and posters for Electronic Sell Through (I-Tunes, Amazon, Google Play, etc.)Logging the sales contracts into the rights management database OTHERData checking. To check the contract information of historical distribution and license contract and correct them when needed to ensure the accurate information is used for the right availability calculation and royalty statements.Assist Chief Operations Office, Media Processing, Finance, Acquisitions and Sales with ad-hoc projects as and when required (most likely research based projects). ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Educated to degree level.A demonstrable and active interest in short film.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail.An understanding of broadcast media and technical specifications is welcome.Ability to work in a team across multiple departments with sometimes conflicting objectives.Ability to work well under pressure and to short deadlines, sometimes on multiple deadlines at the same time.Demonstrable experience of working with computerised office systems, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and large databases.Enthusiastic attitude and an ability to use your own initiative.Team player.
