Chocolate Films is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. This new role will support the Directors and Project Managers as the business develops. This varied job will include assisting the organisation of shoots, edits and workshops, as well as a wider marketing and communications role.

Based Stockwell.
RATE: £17,500pa + 20 days holidays

Key responsibilities include:
-Creating and collating content for the Chocolate Films website.
-Updating the social media and websites for Chocolate Films and 1000 Londoners with new films and information about projects
-Working with project managers to develop client estimates and proposals
-Creating call sheets and movement orders
-Booking kit
-Writing press releases and sharing with press contacts
-Assisting with the organisation of screenings and events
-Answering telephones and responding to web-based enquiries

KEY SKILLS
-Cloud-based project management software: Basecamp, Highrise, Google Drive
-Social Media: Hootsuite, Youtube, Vimeo, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
-CMS: WordPress
