About me
I'm a confident PD, AP, or Development Producer, used to making big ideas happen quickly with the minimum of fuss. What my current job title is doesn't matter to me, it's just important I enjoy going to work.

I've cut 4 hours for C4 and I'm a very competent self-shooter on Z1 / Digi / DSR. I've also rigged mini cams in all sorts of places, from the top of oil rigs to the inside of a bowling ball. I know how to build sequences, light and use sound kits and I've directed both single and multi camera on location.

I've also edit produced, scripted and developed my socks off - but I'll never rule out a production job, I enjoy the mud sweat and tears too much. I've worked with people from all walks of life, from Nobel Prize winners to crime scene cleaners and enjoy building a rapport with crew and contributors. I've also done a lot of casting in my time and know 'good TV' when I see it.

Popular science and engineering experience isn't something I lack (pigeon holed some would say) so I'm very keen to work in other areas - anything related to travel, history or foreign affairs would be a dream, but I'll leave that up to you.

In my spare time I read a lot of non-fiction, tinker on a knackered V8 Land Rover and enjoy the usual stuff like pubs, films and cooking. Even if I seem unavailable, do call, things change fast.

Thanks for taking the time to read my CV; I hope to hear from you. If I am currently unavailable please consider keeping me on file for future projects.
