Be active in helping to manage the resourcing of junior or freelance support.Team development: Contribute to the development of the creative team by proposing opportunities to learn and be active in sharing new knowledge. Support recruitment efforts and guide new team members when required.Growth of Agency and Output: Feed into the long-term agency creative vision and seek opportunities to raise our profile within the industry.
