About the Role

Trafalgar Entertainment Group is looking for a Production Admin Assistant to join Trafalgar Theatre Productions in our busy theatre production office in the heart of the West End, to provide administrative and producing assistance to support the production team. You will be reporting to the Senior General Manager.

This is a 3 month fixed term role with possible extension and will involve occasional evening and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities include:

Help ensure the smooth running of the office.


Assist and deputise for the Production Coordinator and Production Assistants when required.


Be the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone, email or in person, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with appropriately and passed on to the correct person.


Assist with travel and accommodation requirements for productions, as required.


Order cars, taxis, and couriers, as well as making deliveries by hand, as required.


Assist with press nights, as required by the production team.


General administration and research assistance, as required, and fulfilling any other task as reasonably delegated by the line manager or senior members of staff.


Ensure that office filing systems are kept up to date and organised.


Prepare paperwork for members of staff and meetings.


Researching and booking rehearsal and audition rooms.
Research and assistance for the Casting Director


Checking, processing, and recording invoices and petty cash under guidance of the General Manager for any relevant production.


Preparing scripts and scores ready for rehearsals and any other rehearsal setup required.


Booking and coordinating house seat requests


Adhere to TEG's confidentiality policy at all times.


Carry out such additional duties as are necessary to ensure the smooth and organised running of the office, acting at all times in the best interests of TEG.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A good knowledge and passion of current UK theatre and live entertainment.
And will be:

Extremely organised.
Able to prioritise a changing to-do list and stay calm under pressure.
Detail orientated.
Self-motivated and able to use their initiative.
Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
