Assistant Producer

Recently crowned Agency of the Year, WING is a creative production arm of Little Dot Studios and currently on the lookout for an ambitious Assistant Producer to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-award-winning creative studio with a focus on branded content and tv commercial production.

As Assistant Producer, you will use your stand-out organisational and creative skills to deliver high-end films and commercials to the world's biggest and best. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

Respond to client briefs and work alongside producers and creatives to develop pitch treatments and creative decks for presentation to clients.
Liaise with clients to manage and deliver their expectations and to provide a clear
understanding of the creative and production process.
Assist producers in the setting up and coordinating of camera shoots, ensuring client briefs are met and the project remains within budget.
Organise and maintain production schedules and liaise with production managers,
producers, editors and motion graphics designers to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Organise and assist in the drafting and collating of all aspects of pre- and post-
production paperwork, including call sheets, location permits, consent forms, carnets
and risk assessments.
Assist on social media output and undertake marketing projects for the company.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

A thorough understanding of all stages of production, including industry roles and rates, and creative development.
Experience delivering content for brands, ideally in a client-facing role, and an
understanding of social platforms and formats.
Experience in dealing with all aspects of pre- and post-production paperwork.
The ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time.
Excellent communication, organisational and writing skills.
