We are seeking an Assistant Producer who will work closely with the Senior Producer and Company Manager to ensure that all productions are delivered to the best possible standards.

The role includes supporting freelance artists and companies to create their best work and working closely with other Donmar departments.

The successful candidate will have experience of producing theatre productions in the subsidised or commercial theatre sector, with ambitious creative and production teams. They will be a highly skilled administrator with an understanding of and ability to manage production budgets, financial processes and contracts, and will have exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and enjoy working with a wide variety of people to achieve shared goals.
This role will suit a candidate looking to consolidate their professional experience gained in a producing theatre or a commercial production company, with ambitions to become a theatre producer or general manager in the future.

Terms: Permanent, full time Salary: £33,000 per annum
